Booking Steps:
1. Submit a Booking Inquiry
Email us at bookings@cloudyjs.com with the subject line: “Booking Inquiry – [Event Name]”.
Please include the following details:
• Name of Event or Host
• Date and Time of Event
• Location (including address and venue type)
• Type of Event (market, wellness fair, private party, etc.)
• Estimated Attendance
• Booth/Vendor Fee (if applicable)
• Contact Person Name and Phone Number
2. Review & Confirmation
Our team will review your inquiry. If we’re available and your event is a good fit, we’ll send a confirmation email with the next steps, including vendor agreement and payment instructions (if applicable).
3. Event Coordination
After confirmation, we’ll coordinate arrival time, setup requirements, and any special requests. We typically arrive 1 hour before the event to set up.
4. Event Day
Cloudy Js will arrive with our signature product display, free samples (if applicable), and a warm, knowledgeable presence. We love engaging with your guests and making each event a unique experience.
