Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During high volume periods (holidays, product launches and drops), please allow up to 7 business days.

Shipping methods & Carriers:

We offer standard and expedited shipping via USPS,UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

SHIPPING INFORMATION & TRACKING:

Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

Cloudy Js LLC is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier directly.

Refund & Return Policy:

Due to the handmade and personal care nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@cloudyjs.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will gladly issue a replacement or store credit where appropriate.

INCORRECT ORDERS:

If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact within 72 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Disclaimer for Known Allergens

Our products are crafted using natural oils, butters, herbs, and essential oils. While we strive to use gentle, skin-safe ingredients, individuals with allergies or sensitive skin should read all ingredients labels carefully.

Common allergens in our products may include (but are not limited to): - Coconut Oil -Tree nut oils (almond, argan, babassu) -Essential oils (lavendar, peppermint, tea tree) -Herbal extracts (moringa, calendula, rosehip)
